I loved this sooooo much! My mother in law was from Salento, and we try to visit at least once a year. I want my daughter to grow with these familiar, incredible tastes: the orecchiette, rustici and pasticciotti, the simplest grilled horse slice, but also the fresh mozzarella, ricotta forte... I miss Salento and its food!
