Filets de perche, sauce meunière.... The fries with salad on the side with a crisp white wine, oh man! We live near Lac Leman and it's my favourite thing to get for lunch / dinner...

I'll be sure to give this a try, we have to travel close to Lac Leman to get any kind of good bit of fish so it may give us an excuse to lunch down there also...
